If you're unsure what your result means, the guidance below can help explain some of the most common scenarios.
CityFibre is available at my address #
Good news. If services are available at your property, you'll be able to view broadband providers operating on the CityFibre network and explore the services available at your address.
Availability and package options can vary between providers.

CityFibre built in my street, but I can't order yet #
Construction work is only one stage of bringing a full fibre network into service.
Even after visible construction work has finished, additional activities such as network testing, activation and broadband provider onboarding may still need to be completed before services become available to order.

My address isn't listed #
Address information is reviewed and updated on an ongoing basis, but occasionally an address may not appear as expected within the checker. Unfortunately, we’re unable to respond to enquiries about specific network plans, the most reliable source of information for your property is our postcode checker.

Visible fibre infrastructure does not always mean services are immediately available to order.
Network activation, testing and service provider onboarding can all take place after construction work has been completed.
