Apologies if the result you see when using our availability checker doesn’t ring true for your property! Sometimes the data we receive to support address availability isn’t as accurate as we would like it to be. As a result, we are regularly reviewing the results and updating where possible.

If you believe the availability result you are seeing is incorrect, or your postcode is not recognised or not listed, and wish to highlight the issue, please complete the form which can be found here. If we are able to resolve the issue you will see an update in our checker after 31 days.
