Our Gender community is helping to shape meaningful change across our business. By challenging stereotypes, encouraging open and honest conversations, and creating a space to share experiences, they are addressing gender-based barriers to inclusion, helping our people feel seen, supported and valued.
Our Armed Forces community champions the contribution that our reservists, veterans, CFAVs and military families bring to CityFibre. It offers support, mentorship and camaraderie for colleagues joining us as they move directly from military to civilian life.
D.A.N.C.E stands for Disability, Age, Neurodivergence, Carers and Equity, and as a community they come together to share knowledge, offer support to our peers and champion continuous improvement. They’re driving impactful change and helping everyone feel seen, heard and included as we build a culture of respect and equality together.
Our Cultural Inclusion community celebrates all the different people that make up CityFibre. It’s a space for open, authentic conversations, where we share experiences, learn together and explore the cultural nuances that shape how we navigate the world around us - empowering every culture, every background and every story.
