We’ll pay your reward within 90 days of the broadband connection going live if the contract is not cancelled within the first 30 days.

Referrer – Register with your email address at cityfibre.com/refer-a-friend to get your unique referral link and share it with your friends. When a friend successfully switches their broadband to our network and has a live connection for 30 days, we’ll email you to select your reward.
Friend – First, click on the link your friend shared to sign up for the programme. Then use the link we provide to access our postcode checker, select a broadband provider and place your order. After you’ve had a live connection at least 30 days, we’ll email you to select your reward.

You can earn a £25 reward (PayPal or Amazon voucher) for each successful referral. You can share your link with as many friends as you like, so the more friends you successfully refer, the more you can earn!
Yes, if your friend successfully places an order with one of our broadband partners using your referral link and has a live connection for 30 days, you’ll both receive a £25 reward.
You can share your unique referral link with as many friends as you like.
Just remember you only get a reward for successful referrals, so your friend must switch their broadband using your unique referral link and have a live connection for at least 30 days.
You can see the status of your referrals and the rewards you’ve earned on your dashboard at cityfibre.com/refer-a-friend when you log in or via the link in your email when you first register.
After your friend has registered using your unique referral link, they have 180 days to purchase a service with one of our broadband partners.
No, you do not need to be an existing CityFibre network customer to participate in this offer.
You can share your unique link with friends and family – if they live at a different address to you.
You cannot refer yourself, anyone living at your address, or a business.

- Use our availability checker (enter your postcode and address) to select a broadband partner.
- Place an order with your chosen broadband provider.

Reward status FAQs #
You can check the status of your referrals on your dashboard when you log in at cityfibre.com/refer-a-friend or via the link in your registration confirmation email.
Complete: Congratulations! Your referral was successful and confirmed. Both you and your friend earned a £25 reward.
Pending: Your friend has purchased with one of our broadband partners and we're in the process of confirming the referral. They need to have a live connection for at least 30 days before your referral is successful.
Unsuccessful: Unfortunately you will not receive a reward for this referral because it does not meet the criteria set out in our Terms & Conditions. Your friend may have cancelled their contract or did not complete their switch within 180 days.
If your referral was unsuccessful, it means it didn’t pass the verification process. Rewards are not paid if:
- The friend you referred didn’t join us via your unique referral link
- Your friend did not switch their broadband to our network using the referral links
- Your friend did not complete their purchase within 180 days of registering
- Your friend cancelled their contract
- Your referral was identified as a self-referral
- You referred someone who lives at your address
- You referred a business
