  • CityFibre’s Refer a Friend programme rewards you for introducing your friends to switch their broadband to our Full Fibre network.

    It’s easy – just register with your email address to get your unique referral link and share it with your friends.

    When a friend places an order with one of our broadband partners using your referral link and has a live connection for 30 days, you’ll both receive a £25 reward.

    You can choose your reward as PayPal or Amazon voucher.

  • Referrer – Register with your email address to get your unique referral link and share it with your friends. When a friend successfully switches their broadband to our network and has a live connection for 30 days, we’ll email you to select your reward.

    Friend – First, click on the link your friend shared to sign up for the programme. Then use the link we provide to access our postcode checker, select a broadband provider and place your order. After you’ve had a live connection for at least 30 days, we’ll email you to select your reward.

    You must be 18 years or older to participate in the Refer a Friend programme.

  • We’ll pay your reward within 90 days of the broadband connection going live if the contract is not cancelled within the first 30 days.

    We’ll contact you by email after each successful referral and ask you to choose your £25 reward.

    If you select Amazon voucher, we’ll email you a unique code within 12 hours.

    If you select PayPal as your reward, you’ll receive an email from PayPal within 24 hours instructing you on how to redeem the cash.

  • We have ambitious plans and announce new locations all the time. Register your interest using our availability checker to stay in the know and find out when you can get connected.

  • You can access your dashboard by using the link sent to you via email when you first registered to become a Referrer.
