CityFibre Refer a Friend Promotion Terms and Conditions
The CityFibre refer-a-friend promotion (the “Promotion”) is being promoted by CityFibre Limited whose registered office is at 15 Bedford Street, London, W2CE 9HE (“CityFibre”).
These Terms and Conditions shall govern the ‘Refer a Friend’ promotion:
1. This Promotion is open to all UK residents aged 18 and over who register their name and email address at https://cityfibre.com/refer-a-friend.
2. Upon registration with CityFibre, you will become eligible to become a referrer (“Referrer”) and you will be given a unique web link on the referral platform and via a confirmation email which you can share with friends and family who are not already connected to CityFibre’s full fibre network (“Friends”) and who are happy to receive the link from you (each a “Referral”).
3. Upon clicking the Referrer’s unique web link, Friends will need to provide their name and email address to register their interest to participate in this Promotion.
4. If a Friend subsequently orders a Full Fibre connection from a broadband provider using CityFibre’s infrastructure via a Referral and the connection is installed within 180 days of the date of the Referral and live for a minimum of 30 days (a “Qualifying Purchase”), then the Friend and Referrer will each be eligible for a reward of £25 which may, at the discretion of CityFibre, be offered as a digital voucher for PayPal or Amazon ("Referral Reward”). For the avoidance of doubt, no cash or alternative prizes are available, and Friends and Referrers are each bound by any associated third party terms and conditions attached to such Referral Reward.
6. For your Referral to be valid you cannot recommend yourself or anyone else living at your address.
7. CityFibre shall use reasonable endeavours to procure that any Referral Reward will be issued within 90 days of the Qualifying Purchase, with both the Friend and the Referrer receiving an email containing a link notification to claim their Referral Reward.
8. Unless set out or notified by CityFibre otherwise, you and your Friend(s) must use the Referral link to claim any Referral Reward within 6 months of the Referral link being sent.
9. Referral Rewards are variable. CityFibre reserves the right to suspend, cancel or amend the Promotion and/or review and revise these Terms and Conditions at any time without giving prior notice. By continuing to take part in the Promotion subsequent to any revision of these Terms and Conditions, Referrers and Friends shall be deemed to have agreed to any such new or amended terms.
10. This Promotion is valid for residential customers only. Business customers are excluded.
11. You must ensure your Friends have consented and are happy for CityFibre to contact them regarding the Promotion and/or Referral Reward before you refer them.
12. Data supplied by Referrers and Friends during the course of this Promotion will only be processed as set out with by CityFibre’s Privacy Policy available at https://cityfibre.com/about-us/privacy-statement.
13. CityFibre may withhold Referral Rewards where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, abuse, and/or an error. All decisions made by CityFibre are final and binding.
14. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by English Law and entrants to the Promotion submit to the jurisdiction of English Courts.
15. This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Amazon, PayPal, Twitter or Facebook or any other form of social media.
