I've got an install appointment, how long does it take?
Engineers can arrive at any point within the scheduled installation window. You will receive messages letting you know when the engineer is on route and when they’ve arrived at your property.
Our engineers will usually complete your full fibre install in 1-2 hours if it's overhead and between 2-3 hours if it's underground or if you live in a flat or apartment. It is essential that someone over the age of 18 and able to agree the route for the cable to enter the property is at home during the appointment.
