Our Gender, LGBT, Disability and Carers and Cultural Inclusion groups bring people from across CityFibre together to champion inclusion, remove barriers, suggest best practice and influence positive change. Recently, our LGBT network has helped us achieve the Stonewall accreditation.

We made sure everyone was equipped to work from home and removed core hours so our people could work at a time that suited them.
Supporting mental health
We have over 40 Mental Health First Aiders who are trained to support employees around mental health, anxiety and wellbeing at work.

We offer enhanced maternity leave at 26 weeks’ full pay, shared parental leave and offer flexibility to give working parents more time for what matters most.
