Not every company makes you feel welcome from day one
The CityFibre family is made up of people from all different backgrounds, cultures and experiences. It's this diversity that make us stronger, helps us think differently and stay innovative. We're proud to be building a business that reflects the communities we serve, where people can be themselves, speak up about what matters and share their ideas freely.
Thanks to our family-first policies and commitment to gender equality.
Our Gender, LGBT, Disability and Carers and Cultural Inclusion groups bring people from across CityFibre together to champion inclusion, remove barriers, suggest best practice and influence positive change. Recently, our LGBT network has helped us achieve the Stonewall accreditation.
We're being recognised for the great work we are doing!
Adapting to lockdown
We made sure everyone was equipped to work from home and removed core hours so our people could work at a time that suited them.
Supporting mental health
We have over 40 Mental Health First Aiders who are trained to support employees around mental health, anxiety and wellbeing at work.
Putting families first
We offer enhanced maternity leave at 26 weeks’ full pay, shared parental leave and offer flexibility to give working parents more time for what matters most.
Welcoming veterans
We’re proud to have a number of veterans in the CityFibre family, plus an active and growing Armed Forces Network Group.
As we roll out Full Fibre across the UK and transform the way communities connect, we’re looking for enthusiastic people to join the CityFibre family and help Change It Up.
