  • How do I claim my reward?
    • We’ll automatically reach out to you via email once your CityFibre connection has been live for a minimum of 30 days, sharing next steps on how to select and redeem your reward.
  • How will I receive my reward?
    • Once connected for 30 days and if your preferred reward has been selected, a digital gift card or PayPal code will be sent to the email address you used to register and purchase your order with.
  • I’ve chosen my reward but not yet received it, why is this?
    • If you’ve connected to our network and been live for 30 days, you will receive an email asking you to select your preferred reward (Amazon or PayPal).
    • Whilst we aim to fulfil these rewards within a day or so, this can take a little longer during busy periods. Don’t worry, your reward will be on its way.
    • Please refrain from contacting our support team until 10 days have passed, at which point they will be able to update you on the status of the reward. Within the outlined terms this can take up to a maximum of 90 days.
  • Can I connect to any broadband provider?
    • You can select any of our broadband partners who are available in your area.
  • How long do I have to get connected?
    • You have 180 days from the point of signing up to this program (approx. 6 months) to purchase a CityFibre connection via one of our broadband providers and must be live for a minimum of 30 days to be deemed eligible.
  • My installation has been delayed and I’m going to surpass the 180 day timeline, can I still claim my reward?
    • If this is through no fault of your own (for reasons such as a complex install) reach out to our support team and we’ll do our best to ensure your case is considered.
  • Is this campaign still open?
    • The Switch and Connect £200 campaign closed on the 19 March 2024. If you registered on or before this date, you’ll still be registered on the journey and will be allocated a reward if you obtain a qualifying connection.

    • If your query is relating to a pending reward, please allow 10 working days from reaching your 30th day of connection before reaching out.
