FAQ's

    1. Register for the Connect and Earn rewards programme.*
    2. Use the link we provide to access our postcode checker and find a broadband provider.**
    3. Place your order. After you’ve had a live connection for at least 30 days, we’ll email you to select your reward.

    *You must be 18 years or older to participate in the Connect and Earn rewards program.
    **You must connect to a broadband provider within 180 days of registering with the Connect and Earn rewards programme.


  • Don't worry if you cannot connect yet, you can return to this page in the future and re-check your postcode. If you have completed the Connect and Earn registration you will have received an email with your personal link.

  • We’ll pay your reward within 90 days of your broadband connection going live if you do not cancel your contract within the first 30 days.

    After we confirm your purchase, we’ll contact you by email and ask you to choose your reward.

    If you select Amazon voucher, we’ll email you a unique code within 12 hours.

    If you select PayPal as your reward, you’ll receive an email from PayPal within 24 hours instructing you on how to redeem the cash.

  • CityFibre’s Connect and Earn programme rewards you for switching your broadband to our Full Fibre network.

    It’s easy – just register with your email address to get your unique switching link. Use this link to access our availability checker and find out which broadband partners offer services in your area. You’ll then have 180 days to place an order with one of them.

    After you’ve had a live connection for 30 days, you’ll receive a £50 reward.

    You can choose your reward as PayPal or Amazon voucher.
