Reward #
We’ll pay your reward within 90 days of your broadband connection going live if you do not cancel your contract within the first 30 days.
After we confirm your purchase, we’ll contact you by email and ask you to choose your £50 reward.
If you select Amazon voucher, we’ll email you a unique code within 12 hours.
If you select PayPal as your reward, you’ll receive an email from PayPal within 24 hours instructing you on how to redeem the cash

- Use this link to access our postcode checker and find a broadband provider.
- Place your order. After you’ve had a live connection at least 30 days, we’ll email you to select your reward.
You must be 18 years or older to participate in the Connect and Earn programme.
You can choose to take your £50 reward as PayPal or Amazon voucher.

You need to contact your broadband provider if you have a question regarding your order or contract.
After you’ve signed up to the programme, you have 180 days to purchase a service with one of our broadband partners.
Only full fibre broadband products which are offered by partners shown after a successful availability check are eligible.
You must register and use our confirmation link to access our availability checker, select a broadband provider and place an order. You also need to be connected for at least 30 days to qualify for the reward.
In order to be eligible for the reward, we recommend that you check with your broadband provider that you are connecting to CityFibre's full fibre network before taking the service.

We have ambitious plans and announce new locations all the time. Register your interest using our availability checker to stay in the know and find out when you can get connected.
We’ll email you reminders if you do not use your Connect and Earn link to access our availability checker and find a broadband provider.
We’ll also send you a final reminder 5 days beforehand.
Remember, if you purchase after 180 days of registration, you will not be eligible for your reward
