• Own weekly and monthly reporting governance, delivering clear and impactful performance insights to stakeholders
• Use data to identify trends, inefficiencies and opportunities, driving continuous improvement across operations
• Influence project prioritisation and scope, ensuring initiatives deliver measurable value and return on investment
• Partner with operational and cross-functional teams to provide analytical support and improve business performance
What you’ll bring to the role
Strong analytical capability with proven experience translating complex data into actionable insight within an operational environment. You’ll also have:

• Strong proficiency with data analysis and visualisation tools (e.g. Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau)
• Ability to create clear, impactful reporting and communicate insights to a range of stakeholders
• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement and operational excellence
• Experience working with operational processes and supporting decision-making through data
