Head of Business Readiness & Governance


Job Description

Joining us as Head of Business Readiness & Governance

Reporting to the Chief Transformation Officer, this senior role owns how enterprise change is governed, assured and adopted.

You’ll receive a competitive salary, a car allowance, and a performance related bonus.

You’ll partner closely with ExCo and senior leaders to set clear guardrails for change, providing independent oversight of readiness, people risk and value protection. The role requires confidence, judgement and credibility at the highest levels.

What you’ll be doing

  • Own and enforce enterprise Business Readiness and Change Governance frameworks
  • Lead readiness assessment and assurance for major initiatives
  • Provide evidence‑based go / no‑go advice to Exec
  • Define and track adoption and readiness KPIs
  • Oversee enterprise people risk and compliance impacts
  • Monitor change saturation and advise on pacing and sequencing

What you’ll bring

  • Senior leadership experience in enterprise‑scale change
  • Strong governance, assurance and risk framework expertise
  • Credibility with ExCo, Boards and employee representatives
  • Deep knowledge of readiness, adoption and people risk
  • Relevant change / OCM accreditation (e.g. Prosci, ACMP)
