Voucher Draw Terms & Conditions
1. This promotion is open to residents of Norfolk aged 18 or over, excluding employees of the Promoter, its agents and anyone professionally associated with this Promotion.
2. No purchase necessary; internet access is required.
3. Promotional Period: 8th October 2024 only
4. The Prize: One £100 electronic Amazon voucher (no cash alternative will be awarded)
5. Maximum of one entry is permitted per person during the promotional period and a maximum of one £100 Amazon voucher will be awarded.
6. To Enter: Visit cityfibre.com/bigupgrade or scan the QR code on the letter posted through your door and register to join the Big Broadband Upgrade webinar hosted on the 8th October 2024 at 7pm and complete your details (first name, last name and email address within the ‘Webinar Registration’ section).
7. Winner Selection: One winner will be selected at random from all participants who have joined the Big Broadband Upgrade webinar hosted on the 8th October 2024 and who remain on the webinar at the time of selection. Selection will take place at the end of the webinar.
8. The winner of the £100 Amazon voucher will be sent their electronic voucher via the email address used to register for the webinar.
9. It is the responsibility of the participant to provide their correct, up-to-date details when registering for the webinar for the prize to be processed, if they are a winner.

b. The promoter cannot be held responsible for winners failing to supply accurate information which affects prize acceptance or delivery of their prize.
c. By participating in the promotion, entrants agree that the prizes are awarded on an ‘as is’ basis, and that the promoter makes no representations or warranties of any nature with respect to the prizes.
11. Winner Notification: The winner will be announced at the end of the webinar that will take place between 7-7:45pm on the 8th October.
12. Prize Acceptance: Fulfilment of the prizes will take place within 28 days of the winner being announced.
13. The promoter cannot be held responsible for the winner’s failure to supply accurate information which affects prize acceptance or delivery of their prize.
14. By entering, you will be deemed to have agreed to be bound by these terms & conditions.
15. If there is a discrepancy between these terms & conditions and those in any promotional material, these terms & conditions will prevail.
16. These terms & conditions are governed by English law and their interpretation and application will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
