Judith Felton has been appointed by CityFibre as Head of Service for its wholesale business, Entanet, leading the Service Specialists and Customer Service team.
CityFibre, the UK’s leading alternative provider of wholesale full fibre infrastructure, has appointed Judith Felton to lead the Service Specialist and Customer Service Teams to effectively deliver the businesses’ processes and models, in order to achieve greater customer satisfaction.
Judith joins having gained over 16 years of industry experience at Vodafone (previously Cable & Wireless) in various customer service related roles, including Service Architect and Service Delivery Consultant. Judith has worked in every stage of the service process from pre-sales through to service operations and management. Judith joins CityFibre from Cadent Gas where she gained invaluable experience managing various IT transformation projects including the implementation of ServiceNow, an industry leading customer service management system proven to streamline and enhance the customer experience.
Commenting on her new role, Judith Felton said: “I’m joining CityFibre at a truly exciting time as they continue to merge the operations of their businesses, while maintaining superior standards of customer service and satisfaction. As an employee who has been through a similar merger process in the past, my key objective is to utilise my previous experience to deliver a seamless transition for both our customers and staff to ensure the customer experience at all times.”
