The contact centre manager of Entanet, the award-winning wholesale provider of full-fibre communications services, has received industry recognition at the UK National Contact Centre Awards.
Neil Watson, Head of Service at Entanet, has been highly commended in the Contact Centre Manager - Small category of the UK National Contact Centre Awards.
The awards, run by the Call Centre Management Association (CCMA), aim to celebrate the successes of individuals in the contact centre industry. The winner of this closely-contested category was Heather Sawyer from McDonald’s Restaurants Ltd.
It was the first year that Entanet had entered its people for these awards and it was the only company to receive a highly commended acknowledgment in the Contact Centre Manager of the Year category. Entanet was also a finalist for the Best Apprenticeship Scheme award.
Neil Watson stated: “I’m delighted that, in the first year of entering the UK National Contact Centre Awards, I’ve been acknowledged in this way by the judges. At Entanet we pride ourselves on the customer-centric approach that is at the very heart of our company values. While this particular category focuses on the individual, it is really a testament to the excellent work all the customer service and support staff at Entanet do in delivering a superior experience for customers and partners and providing them with high quality, innovative and cost-effective services.”
Entanet was also recently named as winner of the ‘Most Innovative Ethernet Solutions Provider - UK’ category of the CV Technology Innovator Awards and has been named as a finalist in a staggering five Comms Business Awards and two Tech Marketing and Innovation Awards. They join an extensive list of nominations that the company has received already this year. These include short-listings for two ISPA Awards and four CRN Sales & Marketing Awards. The winners of all of these awards schemes are still to be announced.
