CityFibre is currently engaged in an up to £4 billion Gigabit City Investment Programme and Quickline will be the latest consumer internet service provider to become a customer.
Quickline already offers fast reliable internet connectivity to business, public sector and residential customers and by joining CityFibre’s rapidly expanding national full fibre network, it will be able offer more residents dependable, gigabit broadband at competitive prices. Quickline is a community and customer focused business, with deep roots within Yorkshire, Lincolnshire and the surrounding areas. Its aim is to connect every home and business, no matter where they might be, as there has never been a more important time to stay connected.
Quickline’s ultrafast full fibre services will be available to homes in Doncaster, Leeds, Huddersfield and Batley & Dewsbury throughout 2021. Residents will be able to visit Quickline’s website for more information, check availability and register their interest.
Nick Thompson, Commercial Director at Quickline said: “Quickline are delighted to be partnering with CityFibre to bring gigabit services to a whole new audience. Over the last 10 years Quickline have been dedicated to beginning superfast connections to rural communities across Yorkshire & Lincolnshire.
“In 2021 we are broadening our footprint, delivering superfast, ultrafast and gigabit capable services in North Yorkshire, West Yorkshire, North Lincolnshire and Lincolnshire. We are broadband specialists and partnering with City Fibre allows us to offer our services in new areas.”
Rob Hamlin, Chief Commercial Officer at CityFibre, added: “By welcoming Quickline to our networks, we are making fast and reliable broadband available to even more people across the country. With most of us now more reliant on our home broadband than ever, it is important that communities can choose from the best services available. We are excited to work with Quickline in the months and years ahead as we continue to expand.
“Already we are seeing the pace of our network rollout kick into high gear with mobilisation or building taking place across 67 towns and cities nationwide. By adding more ISPs onto our network, it only fuels us to go faster and meet our ambition of reaching up to 8 million premises by 2025.”
