CityFibre, the UK’s third national digital infrastructure platform, is offering its wholesale partners greater scope to support their business customers during COVID by launching an enhanced October promotion.

Following a positive response to a recent promotion to defer its installation fee on a 12-month contract to the last month of the term, CityFibre has now taken this offer a step further with its enhanced promotion, which reduces the monthly price on the 12 month contract to the same rate as on a 36 month term.

Where the customer agrees to extend the contract for a further 24 months, CityFibre will also waive the install fee completely, so the monthly rental payment simply continues.

Commenting on the launch of this offer, Head of Regional Sales, Paul North, said: “It is clear from talking and listening to our partners that there is still a great deal of uncertainty impacting business customers. Based on the success of the “Buy Now, Pay Later…or not at all” offer launched earlier this year, we expect this promotion to enable partners to secure new and long term business.

“As we continue to navigate through these uncertain times, by offering to defer the install fee and by reducing the monthly price to the same as a 36 month contact, we feel this will benefit customers from an investment and cashflow perspective while helping our partners develop more long term contracts.”

CityFibre’s promotion is applicable to all new orders of its on-net Ethernet connection installs on 12-month contracts and is valid on orders placed before 16:00 on Friday 30th October 2020.
