If you have an install appointment, you may receive reminder on the day.

If you have a full fibre install appointment, you may receive appointment reminder and engineer information messages on the day of your appointment.

Appointment Reminder and Engineer Information Messages

On the day of your appointment for your full fibre install, you may receive an appointment reminder message with the appointment slot for the engineer’s arrival AM (08:00 – 13:00) or PM (13:00 – 18:00).

You may also receive messages to let you know that the engineer is travelling to your property and to let you know that the engineer has arrived for your appointment*.

*Please note, when the engineer arrives for your appointment and you receive this text, you may not immediately see the engineer, if there is an initial need to commence work nearby within our network before completing the install on your property. But they will be with you shortly.
