Will my customers and staff have access to my business and car park during CityFibre construction?
Yes, you, your customers and staff will be able to access your property during construction work. Our teams will do everything they can to avoid disruption and ensure access to your business is created for all pedestrians.
Depending on the construction method used, we may ask you to avoid parking in the construction area during the work so we can build through quickly and efficiently. If this is the case, you will be notified in advance via a parking notice placed on parked vehicles typically 48 hours before work begins.
We encourage you to speak to our on site teams for any questions or concerns about access, providing them the opportunity to resolve issues quickly. If they are unable to resolve your issue, please click here to get in touch via our digital assistant and select the chat bubble visible, entering raise a complaint and selecting the most appropriate category.
After submitting details of your issue, you will receive an email confirming your individual reference number and when our Customer Engagement Team expect to be back in touch.
Please note, during our messaging hours, Monday to Friday, after submitting your issue, you will be offered the opportunity to chat with an agent.
