Why can my neighbour get full fibre but I can't?
Thank you for your interest in our full fibre network.
In some cases, neighbouring properties can receive different availability results.
This can happen for a variety of reasons, including network activation status, property-specific connection requirements or the way addresses are recorded.
Unfortunately, we’re unable to respond to enquiries about specific network plans, the most reliable source of information for your property is our postcode checker. You’re also welcome to register your interest to receive updates as they become available.
