I have a complaint about construction
We are sorry you encountered a problem during the construction of our full fibre network.
To raise this into the team, please follow one of the options below:
- If you're already chatting with Cassie, our digital assistant, simply type ‘raise a complaint’ and Cassie will guide you through the process.
- If you are reading this on the help and support pages on the CityFibre website, click here to get in touch via our digital assistant, Cassie. Select the chat bubble icon, and once the chat window opens, type ‘raise a complaint’ and choose the category that best matches your issue.
Once you've submitted your details, you'll receive a confirmation email with your unique reference number and an estimated response time from our Customer Engagement Team.
Please note: During our messaging hours (Monday to Friday), after submitting your issue, you'll also be given the option to speak directly with an agent.
