Do CityFibre carry out door knocking?
CityFibre do not sell services directly to consumers. We will never ask you for payment details.
CityFibre brand ambassadors may visit your area between July and September 2024 to register interest, but they won’t sell anything or ask for payment. The only information gathered upon resident discretion would be name, home address and email address.
Our engineers may knock on your door as a courtesy when working nearby, just to let you know what they’re doing.
All CityFibre staff and ambassadors will wear uniforms and carry ID. They will never sell on the doorstep or ask for personal or banking details.
If you are concerned that you may have provided credit card or bank details to someone claiming to be from CityFibre, please contact your bank or credit card provider directly to discuss this.
