CityFibre do not sell services directly to consumers. We will never ask you for payment details.
No, CityFibre does not carry out any direct door-knocking activity to promote or sell services. However, our engineers may knock on your door as a courtesy when they are working near your home, this is just to let you know what they are doing.
Our engineers will always have a CityFibre uniform and badge and will never ask you to provide personal or banking details. Don't be afraid to ask for ID.
If you are concerned that you may have provided credit card or bank details to someone claiming to be from CityFibre, please contact your bank or credit card provider directly to discuss this.
