Geographic availability

Full fibre services on the CityFibre network are subject to geographic availability. See if your property is already connected on our availability checker at cityfibre.com.

In certain instances, additional qualifiers and processes can be required to connect your home to the CityFibre network due to architectural, technical, health and safety, engineering or legal elements involved. If you have been told that you are ready to be connected but are experiencing difficulties, please get in touch.

Reliability

The CityFibre network is 100% fibre-optic, from our exchanges directly into your home, and delivers connections 5x more reliable than the ones that rely on copper cables to connect properties to the street cabinets.
