Terms and Conditions

The CityFibre ‘Connect and Earn’ promotion (the “Promotion”) is being promoted by CityFibre Limited having its registered office at 15 Bedford Street, London, W2CE 9HE (“CityFibre”).

These Terms and Conditions shall govern the ‘Connect and Earn’ promotion:

1. This Promotion is open to all UK residents aged 18 and over who register their name and email address at https://cityfibre.com/connect-and-earn.

2. Upon registration with CityFibre, you will become eligible to become a “Participant” and you will be given a unique web link on the ‘Connect and Earn’ platform and via a confirmation email which you can use to access CityFibre’s online availability checker. The Participant will have 180 days from date of registration to complete a Qualifying Purchase.

3. Upon clicking the unique web link, the Participant will need to provide their postcode and address into the availability checker to see which broadband provider partners can offer a service in their area.

4. If the Participant subsequently orders a CityFibre Full Fibre connection from a broadband provider partner via this unique web link, it will only be eligible for a reward where the connection is installed and is live for a minimum of 30 days (a “Qualifying Purchase”).

5. The standard reward is £50.00 which may, at the discretion of CityFibre, be offered as a digital voucher for PayPal or Amazon. The digital voucher shall be for the Participant only (the “Reward”) where a Qualifying Purchase is made. For the avoidance of doubt, no cash or alternative prizes are available, and the Participant is bound by any associated third party terms and conditions attached to such Reward.

6. For a Qualifying Purchase to be valid, the Participant’s residential address cannot have already placed an order with a CityFibre broadband partner of have an existing live connection to CityFibre’s Full Fibre network.

7. CityFibre shall use all reasonable endeavours to procure that the Reward will be issued within 90 days of the Qualifying Purchase, with the Participant receiving an email containing a link notification to claim their Reward.

8. Unless set out or notified by CityFibre otherwise, the Participant must use the unique web link to claim any Reward within 180 days of the unique web link being sent.

9. Rewards are variable. CityFibre reserves the right to suspend, cancel or amend the Promotion and / or review and revise these Terms and Conditions at any time without giving prior notice and by continuing to take part in the Promotion subsequent to any revision of these Terms & Conditions it shall be deemed that the Participant has agreed to any such new or amended terms.

10. This Promotion is only valid for UK residential customers only. Business customers are excluded.

11. A Participant is only eligible to claim the Reward once at each residential address.

12. Data supplied by a Participant during the course of this Promotion will only be processed as set out with by CityFibre’s Privacy Policy available at https://cityfibre.com/about-us/privacy-statement.

13. CityFibre will withhold Rewards where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, abuse, and/or an error. All decisions made by CityFibre are final and binding.

14. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by English Law and entrants to the Promotion submit to the jurisdiction of English Courts.

15. This Promotion is in no way sponsored or endorsed by Amazon or PayPal.
