Awards
We’re proud to announce that we’ve made the list for The Times Top 50 Employers for Gender Equality for the fourth time.
The Times Top 50 Employers for Gender Equality award, run in partnership with Business in the Community (BITC), is widely recognised as the UK’s gold standard for gender equality.
Achieving this award for the fourth time is a proud moment for CityFibre. It reflects the dedication, passion and everyday commitment of our people, who are helping us build a more equitable and inclusive future.
Making sure our people are supported, safe and well is a non-negotiable element of business and integral to our success.
Over the past year, we’ve focused on improving our initiatives and policies on menopause, flexible working, maternity and paternity, health, wellbeing and loss.
Alongside this, we’ve invested in dedicated resources, tailored training and peer‑led support networks across the business. These play an important role in creating an inclusive culture and help ensure our recruitment process is accessible, fair and supportive for everyone joining our team.
Here’s to another year of progress and innovation, as we continue to raise the bar for gender equality!
