Executive Support Manager - 12 Months Fixed Term Contract

Job Description

This role requires you to be present in our Covent Garden Office 3 days a week, with the other 2 days spent working from home.

As the UK’s largest independent full fibre network and wholesale platform of choice, we’re busy setting new standards for what digital infrastructure can and should be.

Our network is greener, more reliable and designed for the future. The products we run over it lead the way on speed, value and service - helping businesses to innovate, communities to thrive, and people to live more connected digital lives.

At CityFibre, you’ll be part of something bigger, helping to build a better-connected Britain, together.

Joining us as an Executive Support Manager

You'll play a key role in supporting CityFibre's most senior leaders, helping to keep priorities moving, decisions progressing and the business running smoothly. This is a varied, fast-paced role where you'll become a trusted partner, working proactively to stay one step ahead and make a real impact across the organisation.

You’ll receive a competitive salary, a performance related bonus, and a range of benefits to support you across your financial, physical and mental wellbeing.

This is some of what you can expect to be doing:

  • Leading and supporting a small Executive Assistant team, ensuring effective collaboration, cover arrangements and a consistently high standard of support
  • Managing complex and ever-changing diaries, ensuring priorities are balanced and leaders are prepared for every meeting
  • Coordinating Board, Executive and Senior Leadership meetings, including agendas, papers, actions and follow-up activities
  • Creating high-quality presentations, reports and meeting materials with exceptional attention to detail
  • Building strong relationships across the business and acting as a key point of contact for our CEO, CF, internal partners and external contacts
  • Taking ownership of multiple priorities at once, proactively identifying issues, managing deadlines and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks

What you'll bring to the role

You'll be highly organised, naturally proactive and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment where priorities can change quickly. You'll enjoy taking ownership, building trusted relationships and handling sensitive information with professionalism, discretion and sound judgement.

You'll also have:

  • Significant experience supporting senior executives in a complex organisation, ideally at Executive or Board level
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and large workloads effectively
  • Proven ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with absolute discretion and professionalism
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach, with the confidence to anticipate needs and take action without being asked
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build credibility at all levels of the business
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams and Excel, with experience producing professional presentations and business documents
