The Field Operations team at CityFibre has wide ranging responsibilities covering all field activity to ensure we connect our customers across all market verticals on time and to our Customer Experience goals and standards.

As our business growth continues, our main drive is to continue multiplying the number of customers joining our expanding network footprint. Our plan to achieve this is to provide the best customer experience through strong motivated people and teams, together with streamlined processes and systems.
