CityFibre supercharges business broadband, now available across nationwide footprint

CityFibre, the UK’s largest independent full fibre platform, has expanded the availability of its business FTTP broadband services to reach over 4.5m premises across its full, nationwide footprint.

CityFibre’s business FTTP services are designed to meet the needs of small businesses, small or home offices (SoHos) and home workers with symmetrical speeds of up to 2.5Gb, perfect for data backup, remote collaboration, scalable connectivity, work-ready WiFi for multiple users and more.

Alongside rapid fix times of less than eight hours and plans to introduce a greater choice of install points, bringing a connection directly to a home office, CityFibre’s reseller partners now have the opportunity to target small businesses, SoHos and the millions of people who regularly work from home.

CityFibre’s expansion of its business FTTP services has been enabled by its 10Gb XGS-PON upgrade, now rolled out across its nationwide network.

The expansion follows CityFibre’s tripling of the availability of its dedicated, enterprise-grade Ethernet services to serve over 260,000 UK businesses, which has resulted in over 50% YoY growth in the Ethernet sector for CityFibre in 2025.
