What is the Government voucher scheme?

The Government is providing funding through a Gigabit Voucher Scheme (GBVS) as immediate help for people experiencing slow broadband speeds in rural areas. These vouchers help to cover the costs of installing gigabit broadband to people’s doorsteps. Vouchers are worth up to £1,500 for homes and up to £3,500 for businesses to help cover the costs of installing Gigabit broadband.
