My phone connector/adapter didn’t arrive until after my installation, how do I set it up?
On occasion, where your broadband provider has confirmed with you at point of sale, the supply of a phone connector/adapter to enable you to use VOIP services via a handset, they may experience delays with their delivery directly to their customers. When this happens, and your full fibre installation has already been completed, please contact your Broadband provider directly for any set up support.
Please note, CityFibre do not provide phone connector/adapters – these may be ordered directly via your Broadband provider.
