I need a phone connector/adapter as I no longer have a working landline. How do I get one? What do I need?
Your Broadband provider, who provides your services may arrange to supply you directly with a phone connector/adapter in order you are able to make VOIP calls, via a handset over your full fibre connection. Please contact your broadband provider directly, to discuss your needs and any associated costs, delivery options and set up support.
Please note, CityFibre do not provide phone connector/adapters.
