This hybrid role offers a great balance of home and office working. You’ll join your colleagues in the London office 2 days a week.

Joining us as a Commercial Change Manager

You will support the Head of Commercial Change in centralising and communicating all commercial change externally – primarily to our ISP customers. You will ensure that the customer organisations can effectively plan for, consume, manage and budget the changes in a timely fashion.

This is some of what you can expect to be doing:

  • Input into the creation of a “Commercial Change” roadmap that ensures all internal stakeholders, and all key customers know which change is communicated in what timeframe to ensure predictability and manage it in-life
  • Set up the right processes and systems to be able to get inputs from the business about what commercial changes need to be communicated to our customers
  • Manage expectations with ISP customers to set expectations of how we will communicated change via which forums / mediums, at what frequency, etc.

What you’ll bring to the role

  • Experience in supporting the development and implementation of a commercial change roadmap or large transformation programmes
  • Previous experience in gathering and scoping out current processes, to streamline and set a centralised processes and systems to ensure business areas can effectively communicate commercial changes to their customers.
  • Demonstrable success in defining and launching propositions into the market with the ability to understand / measure effectiveness of launches
