At CityFibre, our Marketing and Communications teams are strategically placed across the company to meet a variety of business needs.

For some teams, the focus is on corporate communications, internal communications and managing the CityFibre brand. Others are responsible for driving awareness and engagement in local communities, as well as supporting our Internet Service Provider partners. Our Marketing team’s goal is to accelerate our growth by putting the CityFibre brand and our services in front of the people who’ll be inspired by the idea of a life in full-flow.

Consumer Marketing

Our Consumer Marketing team works with local communities across the UK to develop brand awareness, drive engagement, and spur the uptake of our new fibre network.

Communications

This team look after CityFibre’s internal and external communications, keeping everyone in our rapidly-growing company aligned. It’s their responsibility to improve our external stakeholders’ understanding of our mission by developing and maintaining communication plans that maximises the visibility of our business, delivers impactful messages and facilitates open dialogues.

Wholesale Marketing

Wholesale Marketing builds and manages strategic relationships with our wholesale industry partners. This helps increase the uptake of our network across the entire country.

Corporate Marketing and Brand

Our Corporate Marketing and Brand team works collaboratively with all other teams to streamline the delivery of all CityFibre projects. In evolving our messaging to support the CityFibre brand, the team refines digital strategies and processes across all touch-points throughout the business. Above all, their aim is to establish CityFibre as a world-class fibre network provider.
