How you’ll change it up
You’ll be responsible for providing governance and assurance over all of CityFibre’s project selection, resource allocation and scheduling activities, as well as overseeing all Enterprise Assurance (operational risk and change management) functions. Day to day, this is some of what you can expect to be doing:
- Defining and implementing Governance and Decision boards, ensuring targeted agendas and appropriate review materials are prepared in a timely way
- Creating and applying prioritisation criteria in projects, so that projects are only selected for implementation if they’re in line with strategy and are a priority
- Being accountable for the roll-out plan, working with Strategy and Central Design to support its development, turning it into the master deployment schedule
What you’ll bring to the role
You’ll be a proven leader with experience running a successful Enterprise PMO or Assurance function, as well as having an excellent understanding of business intelligence tools and methodologies. You’ll also bring the following with you:
- Ability to confidently present complex material to varied audiences
- Ability to use critical thinking and data-based evidence for problem solving
