Throughout your Level 3 apprenticeship, you’ll work alongside some the best in the business, learning first hand what it takes to deliver amazing service, impressing our customers at every turn.

What you’ll bring to the role

It’s not about what experience you have, but how we can help you reach your potential. We want to see you break stereotypes, show off your talents and carve yourself a new career path. 

You’ll love working with others, be a natural organiser and have the ability to think creatively to solve problems.

You will need GCSEs in Maths and English, grade 4 and above (minimum grade C or equivalent) to be able to undertake the apprenticeship.

The Apprenticeship Standard you’ll be following is Level 3 Customer Service Specialist through our provider. Please note that we are required to pass your information to the training provider and by applying for this role you are aware of this and provide us with permission to do so. To be eligible for our apprenticeships, you will need to have the right to work in the UK.
