Account Manager

CityFibre provides wholesale connectivity to multiple business and consumer service providers, local authorities and mobile operators.

How can you change it up?  

The further we go to win new business, the more homes, businesses and communities across the UK will be able to connect to our powerful Full Fibre infrastructure.

Joining us as an Account Manager, you’ll be maximising the volume of sales and customers we connect to our services, as well as driving the enablement of sales through things like onboarding, network interconnection, systems integration and aligning sales and marketing activities.

You’ll also look at pursuing ‘zero leakage’, where every business on our network that switches broadband services always moves to CityFibre.

Two other areas of focus will be:

  • Building and executing connection focused development plans which support and align brand awareness and joint company strategies in all marketing and sales efforts
  • Developing and sharing ‘best practice’ business sales and marketing approaches to ensure our wholesale partners are best placed to increase consumer penetration levels and increase our market share

What will you bring to the role?  

You’ll be an organised and proactive sales and account management professional who is good at juggling a varied task load and can achieve or exceed sales targets, ensuring all revenue opportunities are recognised and accounts are retained.

It’s important for you to have excellent communication skills and he ability to form and develop relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
