How can you change it up?
We’re looking for a Field Service Supervisor to join the team and take responsibility for monitoring the fibre connectivity element of a Metro network deployment project within a City. You’ll ensure that onsite operations are carried out on time and to adequate standards as stated in contractual specifications. Day to day, this is what you can expect to be doing:
- Ensure and monitor effective site operations and coordination of works compliant to NRSWA and Health and Safety requirements
- Maintain productivity objectives as set by the Field Services Manager, highlighting risks where applicable
- Co-ordinate, capture and present the financial sign off for the completed works by the Sub Contractor to the Field Services Manager
- Consult with the Highways Department, Local Authorities and other Utilities companies to coordinate works where required to fulfil the project delivery milestones
What will you bring to the role?
We’re looking for a competent and driven Field Supervisor who has experience providing supervisory support in a utilities or telecoms environment, this will include exposure to NRSWA and Highways. It is important that you also have experience with SP Fibre Network Installations and Fibre Optic. You will bring some of the below to CityFibre with you:
- Ability to negotiate suitable outcomes that mitigate project risk
- Demonstrable experience of method statements and risk assessments
- Ability to demonstrate experience and working knowledge of CDM Regulations
- NRSWA Street Works Supervisor Certification Units 1,10-16
- Full Clean UK Driving Licence
