How can you change it up?
Our mission is to connect more homes, businesses and communities across the UK to our powerful Full Fibre infrastructure, and we need your help to do it by overseeing the construction and quality assurance of our full fibre in any given area.
It's an important role, making sure that our build partners carry out work according to our quality guidelines, and championing a quality culture, all helping us to drive forward the progress of our plans.
What will you bring to the role?
You’ll have the knowledge and expertise to confidently interact with a variety of different stakeholders, providing updates and leading on the quality of build.
Thinking outside of the box to solve problems, continuous improvement and coaching on best practise will all form part of your skill set, ultimately supporting our build partners in the best way we can.
You’ll also need:
- Experience working in telecoms, with some management experience
- Working knowledge of Construction Design and Management (CDM) Regulations and the New Roads & Street Works Act 1991 (NRSWA)
- IOSH Managing Safely course or Site Management Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS)
- A full UK driving license
