Joining us as an apprentice in our customer division is a fantastic opportunity for you to gain some hands-on experience working alongside a team who are passionate about, and committed to, giving our customers a best-in-class experience. We’ll make sure that you get all the support and opportunities you need to grow your career and succeed at CityFibre. You’ll work with a personal mentor, who will help you develop, and 20% of your time will be set aside to focus on learning new skills.

As you work to achieve a Level 3 Customer Service Specialist Apprenticeship, you’ll help us to wow our customers by providing the efficient administration and coordination support we need to quickly resolve queries and issues.

The Apprenticeship Standard you’ll be following is Level 3 Customer Service Specialist through our provider. Please note that we are required to pass your information to the training provider and by applying for this role you are aware of this and provide us with permission to do so. To be eligible for our apprenticeships, you will need to have the right to work in the UK.
