This is a one-year Fixed Term Contract and you'll be required to travel to your local office at least two times per week.

How can you change it up?

We’re at an exciting stage in our journey, and this is a great opportunity for a Senior Data Analyst to join our team and get involved in the shaping of a world class insights function.

You’ll be owning the accuracy of all campaign data to ensure we maximise campaign success. This is crucial in ensuring that we get the right message to the right consumers at the right time and insight around what to start, stop and do less or more of.  You will join datasets to analyse journeys and build predictive models. This role directly supports our revenue growth of £5 million per annum by producing data analysis that drives marketing investment.

You’ll also be leading the development, implementation, analysis and reporting of marketing testing strategy across all channels with support from the wider Data Insight team. The test strategy spans all channels and ranges from segmented campaign control groups to web-based A/B testing.

What will you bring to the role? 

You’ll be enthusiastic and hard-working, with experience in joining and analysing multichannel campaign data from multiple different data sources to support campaign analysis, reporting and insight as well journeys analysis.

You’ll also have experience in:

  • Joining datasets and building predictive models
  • Managing multichannel campaign data, capture, analysis and deriving insight which delivers ROI
  • Leading campaign test strategies across channels ranging from segmented campaign control groups to web-based A/B testing
  • Joining large structured and unstructured internal and external data sets leveraging your coding experience with R and ideally Python/SQL
  • Experian and Mosaic socio-demographic data sets and propensity modelling
  • One or more data visualisation tools – Tableau, PowerBI or QlikView
