How can you change it up?
As a Data & Insights Analyst, you will be an integral part of the function, supporting the wider business in ensuring the accuracy and consistency of the data across the organisation. You will be responsible for providing meaningful and powerful insights to drive business decisions and input into the wider visualisation strategy. Some of your other responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing data models to support efficient analytical results
- Acquiring data from primary or secondary data sources and interrogating their use and value to the business.
- Using SQL and reporting tools to generate standard reports and data visualisation dashboards to help benchmark business progress
- Measuring the effectiveness of our products to provide insights for future efforts that will deliver maximum ROI and enable tracking back to result based KPI’s
- Providing recommendations to management on the value of the data analysis
What will you bring to the role?
We are looking for someone who is experienced in creating fit-for-purpose solutions to business problems. You will need to have experience working as a Data Analyst or equivalent, demonstrating strong analytical and numerical skills. You will also need to have experience with time series analysis including forecasting.
You will need to have a good understanding of:
- Core data modelling techniques such as star schema or 3NF
- Cloud-based technologies such as AWS
