How can you change it up?
The SHEQ Advisor is to assist in matters relating to the safety, health, environmental and quality performance of our network delivery operations. The role holder will be a key player within the regional Integrated Build Team embedding standards and maintaining reasonable assurance of our Contractors. The role holder would be a team player capable of adapting to an integrated team environment and works in one specific geographical location. The role holder reports to the SHEQ Business Partner with a dotted line into the City Build Manager and is supported by a Regional and Functional organisation.
What will you bring to the role?
You’ll be a driven SHEQ professional, ideally with experience working in telecommunications or a utility associated construction industry, who can confidently act as a subject matter expert across the CityFibre teams. It’s essential that you possess some key qualifications which will include a General NEBOSH Certificate (or equivalent), NRSWA Supervisor, Basic First Aid and a full driving license.
You’ll also have experience in:
- Excellent report writing and document management experience skills
- Risk assessment management, method statement review
- Site inspections and investigations’, company preparation for audits
- Compliance and maintenance of relevant standards
- Experience in telecommunications and/or utility associated construction industry
