How can you change it up? 

As our Customer Experience Project Manager, you will be supporting the customer experience change plan by planning activities and working with various internal stakeholders. In this role, we will expect you to use your experience with customers and customer journey optimisation help boost our CX proposition at every touchpoint. You will be focusing on ensuring that we are continuously improving our processes and procedures whilst also supporting IT & commercial delivery support and process alignment to support. What will you bring to the role? 

We are looking for a passionate and proactive candidate who has experience using customer feedback channels to drive digital and content solutions in service. You will also need experience using Voice of Customer Analytics to drive continuous improvement. You will need to be able to make decisions at the appropriate time, considering the needs of the situation, priorities, constraints, and the availability of necessary information.
