How can you change it up?
As our Street Works Advisor you'll be responsible for supporting our build partners to be compliant with NRSWA 1991. You'll also;
- Monitor the processing of Street Works notifications, permits and relevant inspections. Ensuring compliance is met at all times.
- Provide expert guidance to our build teams and build partners
- Support operations teams to build and maintain positive working relationships with local authorities ensuring effective engagement takes place early in the project and is maintained throughout build.
- Ensure principle contractors are fully on boarded. Provide aurora training if required and ensure access to CityFibre log in prefix is arranged.
- Support Operations colleagues to create and monitor improvement plans to support improvements in street works KPI performance.

You will have an analytical mindset, with good knowledge of NRSWA and associated Codes of Practice. A strong communicator with the ability to influence key stakeholders, ensuring a positive working relationship is established and maintained, plus;
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, including negotiation techniques
- Experience in Street Works management systems (Aurora)
- Organisation skills, with an eye for detail
- Knowledge and ability in Word, Excel and Outlook
