How can you change it up?
We are looking for a senior marketing manager to join our local activations team to own and lead the development of a scalable local marketing and engagement model, including events, sponsorships, PR, digital, CSR and stakeholder comms.
As the senior manager, one of your key responsibilities will own the development of a national events model that can support driving local take-up and interest in CityFibre via a series of scalable events in key locations. You will be working with various external shareholders to create an effective, scalable consumer PR Model to build CityFibre’s status as a challenger brand, driving strong brand awareness. You will also develop and run an effective communication and engagement model to support and enable City Development teams' goals and ensure our project rollouts are smooth, timely and supported by the local communities. Some of your other main duties will include:
- Developing, implementing and optimising a nationally designed, scalable local marketing model to raise awareness of CityFibre in our project cities, drive interest and support our sales acquisition targets
- Fully utilising data and insight and tools such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Taking responsibilities for managing agency relationships in relation to Local Activations including reviewing and establishing the best agency partners to scale our approach
- Managing the Local Activations budget, including tracking and reporting to prove strong ROI
What will you bring to the role?
As we are a high-growth company, you must be flexible and comfortable with change. We are looking for an excellent communicator who has experience as a marketing professional in a local activations role, demonstrating some experience of national or scalable campaign deployment. You will also have to be familiar with implementing scalable and effective systems and processes within an organisation. Alongside this, you will need:
- Experience working with remote teams and colleagues
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, being able to influence colleagues and partners at all levels
- An entrepreneurial, agile approach that can operate in a very fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to travel to other areas of UK for work as required
