How can you change it up?

As our growth accelerates, the quality of our service delivery is critical. You’ll be at the heart of the team that makes it happen. You will own and manage service improvements, align field resources and work in close partnership with internal and external partners to ensure plans and detailed, accurate and delivered successfully. Ultimately, you will be the person who connects people, businesses, communities and cities to all of the opportunities that full fibre offers – helping us to exceed our goal of connecting 8 million premises by 2025 and helping Britain to unleash its broadband potential.

What will you bring to the role?

You will have the experience and knowledge to take responsibility for a specific city or area, aiming to hit 100% contractor utilisation and maximise CityFibre revenue in that location. You’ll need to be a relationship-builder and high-performance manager, with the ambition to aim high, go beyond targets and minimise potential waste. You must have:
