How can you change it up?
As our Scrum Master, you’ll be the guardian of Agile delivery for our software development team, ensuring that agreed OKR’s and products are delivered successfully, within the Kanban framework. Working closely with the Product Owner, you’ll empower our team to provide and execute the required product solution, reducing blockages when needed.
Some of what you’ll be doing will also include:
- Leading and serving in Scrum meetings – refinements, daily stand-ups, stakeholder meetings and squad retrospectives
- Overseeing squad progress using JIRA Kanban boards
- Communicating our progress to business sponsors, key stakeholders and external clients
What will you bring to the role?
We’re looking for you to have experience either leading or assisting in both Scrum and Agile project delivery, great analytical skills and user knowledge of JIRA, Scrum and Kanban.
Things move fast around here, and we make quick decisions, so you’ll need to be able to absorb new ideas and concepts quickly, as well as efficiently solving problems as they arise.
